Funzo Ecosystem Introduction and Engagement Session

The Funzo Ecosystem Introduction & Stakeholder Engagement Session is a convening focused on responsible digital innovation and youth digital literacy in Kenya.

Funzo (meaning “lesson” in Kiswahili) is an education-first initiative designed to complement the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) by introducing children and youth to emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, digital safety, and foundational blockchain concepts within a safeguarded learning environment.

The session will bring together educators, technology stakeholders, creatives, and ecosystem partners to explore collaborative approaches for preparing young people for the future digital economy while ensuring alignment with national priorities around education, innovation, and child protection.
